St Francis Leprosy Guild has been caring for people with leprosy since 1895. For the first time in centuries, an end to leprosy is within sight. The Guild supports partners worldwide to reach out to disadvantaged and marginalised communities to find and treat leprosy before the disease takes hold.

The St Francis Leprosy Guild 130th Annual Mass will take place on Saturday, 4 October 2025, at 12.30 in Westminster Cathedral, followed by their Assembly at The Windsor Castle, 23 Francis Street. All are warmly invited to attend.
