Fleur Brennan from Pimlico, writes to Rachel Blake, MP for Westminster and the City of London

Dear Rachel

I am writing to you on behalf of the millions in Gaza, men, women, children and babies, who are now condemned to starve to death because of Israel's inhumane laws blockading all food and water aid into Gaza.

People have already starved to death in this famine which flouts human rights laws, and many more will do so.

Here is testimony from one mother of a family in Gaza, who is often interviewed by Independent Catholic News, which I write for. It is reported by the editor of Independent Catholic News, Jo Siedlecka.

I'm really worried about my friend in Gaza who has written for ICN in the past. She has young children. They lost their home and have moved so many times I've lost track of where they are now. Just still alive. Today she messaged me: 'We are really not well, we are hungry, we have run out of food, we are trying to buy any kind of food available, the food is not good, and its price is expensive, more than 2 million people in Gaza are hungry, everyone is looking for food.'

As my MP, Rachel, I implore you to take action to stop this wanton killing of by starvation and deprivation of water.

I look forward to hearing from you,

Thanks and best wishes,

Fleur
