Good Money Week 6-12 October

Resources are available for Good Money Week 6-12 October and Good Money Sunday on 12 October. It is an opportunity to encourage reflection and action in churches and the wider community around a good and just use of money.

Rosie Venner of Just Money Movement says, "money and finance are at the root of so much injustice." She suggests there is a choice between a world "marked by inequality, tax havens, climate chaos, plastic pollution and fossil fuels" or "a fairer, greener world." Individuals and communities are invited to find sustainable and ethical options for pensions, savings and investments, and to switch to banks, "putting people and planet first".

Good Money Week is co-ordinated by UKSIF - the UK Sustainable Investment and Finance Association. The Week works to help the public make good money choices through their banking, pensions and investments. Originating in 2008, Good Money Week was previously known as National Ethical Investment Week before the name changed in 2014.
