Permanent Deacon Pasquale Cinotti is a familiar face to the parishioners of All Saints parish in Newport, South Wales. He also runs two highly successful restaurants and a dessert factory, with his brother Sergio.

In an interview with the South Wales Argus, Deacon Pasquale talks about his life, his family and the central role God has taken within his life.

When he was younger, working as a police officer back in Italy Pasquale admits he was a zealous atheist and would give his colleagues many reasons for not believing. He said his journey of faith began with one simple question by a colleague: 'Do you believe in God?'

These days Deacon Pasquale is known for his zeal in preaching and entering into discussions with people who ask him about his faith. He also works as a member of the Diocesan Evangelisation Team.
