Charity auction to raise funds for mission school

There are some luxury meals, a sunny holiday, beautiful art, and tours among the fabulous items up for grabs in this year's charity auction, organised by Holy Apostles Parish, Pimlico, in aid of St John Paul II Primary School, in Turkana, northwest Kenya.

Turkana is the most remote and poorest area of Kenya. Holy Apostles has been twinned with Our Lady Queen of Peace parish in Todonyang, Turkana, since 2002 and has been supporting the mission there ever since.

On Saturday May 16, the auction will switch from 'Silent' to 'Live' at the parish party, reaching out to the highest bidders to get their absolute bid.
