A hundred conversations about living our Catholic faith

This week marks the 100th episode of the All Kinds of Catholic podcast. The podcast is created and hosted by Theresa Alessandro and is available on all the usual platforms. In each episode, Theresa is in conversation with a different Catholic guest exploring how they live their faith in the world today. On reaching this milestone, Theresa commented: "I'm amazed to be here already. Thank you to all the guests so far who have shared something of their life and their faith with us. I am learning so much and I know listeners and guests deeply appreciate this mission to raise up the voices of 'ordinary' Catholic people. Lots more to come!"

The pod's hundredth guest is Graham whose mental ill health inspired him to recognise a "spiritual part" in himself. He found his way to Catholicism after exploring other faiths and spiritualities first. Asked what seemed right about the Catholic faith he says, "There are lots of reasons, there's lots of evidence, there's lots of rationality around it that means it should be taken seriously and not just taken on an emotional level."

A recent episode featured a tough conversation with Ali, a woman who was deep in addiction. Her recovery journey only began when her guardian angel "intervened." Next week, there will be a group of guests who are parishioners in an Ordinariate rural parish. Theresa visited the parish for a weekday morning Mass and then sat in the sacristy with the parish priest and the parishioners to talk.
