London: Screening of new film on St John Vianney

A special screening of The Curé d'Ars, a new film about the life of St Jean-Marie Vianney, patron saint of parish priests, will take place at the Rosary Shrine on 23 August, followed by a Q&A with the director Stefano Mazzeo and some of the cast.
Set in post-Revolutionary France, the film tells the inspiring true story of the humble priest who was sent to revive the broken village of Ars. Through faith, courage, and compassion, he transformed a place of poverty and despair into a community of hope and renewal.
The film takes place on Saturday 23 August at 7.30pm. Doors open at 7 - at St Dominic's Rosary Shrine, Southampton Road, NW5 4LB. Tickets are £10. All proceeds go to the Shrine.
