London: Service to celebrate 1,500th anniversary of St Brigid

The Irish Chaplaincy will host a service of prayers and reflections at 11.50am on 1 February, to celebrate the 1500th anniversary of St Brigid, who is a patron saint of the Chaplaincy. The service is co-hosted with St Bride's Church and L'Arche Ireland.

In 2023 the Irish Government added her feast as a national holiday. Together with St Patrick and St Columcille, Brigid of Kildare is a Patron Saint of Ireland.
