London: Our Lady's Month at St Dominic's Rosary Shrine

The month of May is Mary's month, and as usual, St Dominic's Rosary Shrine, Haverstock Hill will be honouring Our Lady with processions, concerts, and floral beauty! All are invited to the Rosary Shrine for the following events:
Candlelit Rosary processions will be held at 7pm on Saturdays in May (except 20 May which is a special 'Day with Mary' - see below).
On 6 May, there will be First Saturday devotions and Marian Coronation, beginning at 5pm with Adoration and Confessions; Vigil Mass at 6pm; and Rosary Procession with the statue of Our Lady of Fatima. The Filipino choir will be singing, and at the end of the procession the statue of Our Lady of Manaoag will be crowned with flowers.
On Thursday 11 May, the Scottish early music choir 'Canty' will give a concert of medieval Marian music from Scotland and England, conducted by Rebecca Tavener. The concert begins at 7pm. Admission is free with a retiring collection for the Rosary Shrine Fund.
On 20 May, the 'Day with Mary' will take place in the church, beginning at 9:30am until 5pm. There will be two short talks on Our Lady, Eucharistic adoration and a Eucharistic Procession, and the whole Rosary will be prayed.
Also on 20 May, at 7.30pm, there will be a choral concert (approx. one hour long) of sacred music sung by the 'University of Birmingham Catholic Choir' conducted by Colin Lapus. Admission is free with a retiring collection to defray costs.
On 21 May, the annual Dominican Pilgrimage to Walsingham takes place, with a coach leaving from the front of the church at 7.30am and returning by 9pm. The coach costs £25, and you'll need to book as soon as possible either through Phyliss at the Repository (open Sunday mornings) or by emailing Fr Joseph at: london.bursar@english.op.org.
The Rosary Garden will be open during the weekdays at selected times - volunteers are needed for this to supervise opening times. If you'd like to volunteer please contact: london.secretary@english.op.org.
On Sundays the Rosary Garden will be open from 8.15am - 1.15pm.
