What has been the impact so far of the reforms that came into effect in the House of Commons last year as a result of the recommendations of the Reform Committee?

Joe Egerton argues that a current debate in Parliament regarding pensions and investments is testing whether Robert Parsons was correct to believe that a reformed Commons, in charge of its own agenda, would be a witness for justice and truth.
