Celebrate 185 years of The Tablet on 4 November, with an evening of history, insight, and conversation on one of the most significant papal transitions in modern times - the legacy of Pope Francis and the emerging vision of Pope Leo XIV.

Broadcaster Ed Stourton and papal biographer Austen Ivereigh will be sharing reflections on Francis's reforms and theological vision; offering insights into Leo XIV's priorities and potential long-term influence - and discussing on what this transition means for a changing global Church.
