To mark the tenth anniversary of the publication of Laudato Si', the Catholic Bishops' Conference of England and Wales is holding an event with the Church of England and Methodist Church at Methodist Central Hall, Manchester.
The event on Tuesday 14 October will draw on the experiences of faith leaders and be opened by the Mayor of Manchester, Andy Burnham. Speakers - Bishop John Arnold of Salford, Rev Grace Thomas, Rev Ian Rutherford and Dr Emma Gardner - will reflect on the progress and achievements of the past decade, consider the road ahead, and answer questions from the audience. The event will celebrate the power of faith in action and consider how collaboration can sustain and amplify that impact while addressing the challenges and opportunities ahead.
