World Week for Peace in Palestine and Israel

The World Week for Peace in Palestine and Israel is an annual World Council of Churches event held during the third week of September.

The week aims to encourage people of faith to pray for, and work towards, an end to Israeli occupation and oppression allowing both Palestinians and Israelis to live in peace.

This year the week runs from the 20th to the 26th September and the theme is 'We must give account' based on Hebrews 4:13.
