London: 'Pope Francis - a Man of his Word' at Farm Street Film Club

The Tim Hetherington Film Club will be be meeting this Thursday, 26 June, in the Arrupe Hall 6.30pm for 7pm at Farm Street Jesuit Centre.

Following the last meeting when we enjoy watching 'Francesco - Inspiring Hope', the film club continues to pay tribute to the late Pope, this time with an excellent documentary, shown first in 2022.

Written and directed by Wim Wenders, 'Pope Francis - a Man of his Word' is a 2018 co-production with the Vatican. Pope Francis' ideas and his message are central to this documentary, which sets out to present his work of reform and his answers to today's global questions from death, social justice, immigration, family, ecology, wealth inequality, materialism and the role of the family.
