Pax Christi Nakba Day of Action: Hold the Key to Just Peace

Source: Pax Christi International
This Nakba Day, on 15 May, Pax Christi International invites the global community to join a collective action of memory, witness, and hope.
Pax Christi says in a statement: 'In remembrance of the Nakba, the mass displacement of over 750,000 Palestinians in 1948, we call on people around the world to hold up a simple symbol: the key. A key to a lost home. A key to dignity. A key to Just Peace.
Through this campaign, we ask you to share on May 15th a photo of yourself holding a physical key and the campaign's poster you can download HERE.
Each image becomes a personal act of solidarity amplifying voices calling for truth, memory, and the right of return.
Together, we hold the key to a future rooted in justice, human rights, and lasting peace.
Tag us and use #KeyToJustPeace #NakbaDay when you share your photo on social media.'
If you'd like to be featured on Pax Christi's website for the Nakba Day, send your image to their email: Giulia Bordin, Advocacy officer, at g.bordin@paxchristi.net and to Shreya Ghosh, PCI communication assistant, at s.ghosh@paxchristi.net
