St Beunos seeks Spirituality Team Member and Trainee Spirituality Worker EXPIRED

St Beuno's Jesuit Spirituality Centre is a large residential retreat house with a team offering a full programme of retreats and courses, especially the Spiritual Exercises, individually guided retreats and training in spiritual accompaniment.

Spirituality Team Member

We seek a new team member to help deliver our programme of retreats and training ideally starting in early January 2025 - there is some flexibility about this date. The role will involve directing on the Ignatian Individually Guided Retreats, training and duties involved with the general running of the centre.

Salary: £31,395 - £33,436 p.a., depending on experience.

Trainee Spirituality Worker

We are also offering a trainee post for six to twelve months to someone with training in Ignatian spiritual direction who wishes to gain experience though working as a retreat director under supervision. There will also be opportunities for further training and development. This post could commence from October 2024 onwards.

Salary: £23,712 p.a. pro rata.
