China Tribunal hearings start today

Fiona Bruce, the MP who chairs the Conservative Party Human Rights Commission, has described forced organ harvesting in China as: "potentially nothing less than a 21st century genocide", and"almost a perfect crime" because"no one survives".

Falun Gong, Uyghur Muslims, Tibetan Buddhists and, possibly, Christian dissidents along with prisoners of conscience are all said to be victims. The Tribunal is chaired by Sir Geoffrey Nice, QC who worked at the International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia and led the prosecution of Slobodan Milosevic.
