ZANE (Zimbabwe a National Emergency) is a small charity which does great work in Zimbabwe, working with more than 2,600 elderly, often very lonely, people to whom they give aid, support and encouragement.
ZANE funded the first clubfoot correction programme in Zimbabwe. Eleven treatment centres have been established and over 2,110 children have received treatment to date.
The charity also runs training initiatives and supplies seed-funding to enable self-help businesses and food production in impoverished communities in Zimbabwe.
