Cardinal Pub - no response from Sam Smiths - why?

I wrote to Samuel Smith's Brewers about the change of name of the Cardinal Pub three weeks ago, but I have had no reply. Is the address you published correct? I am very upset that the pub name has changed. It was a place I went regularly after Mass but I will not go there any more if I don't hear from them.
