Our Lady of Walsingham

A three-day walking pilgrimage to Walsingham for the New Evangelisation of our country will take place from August 9-12.

The pilgrimage begins with open-air Mass at Bury St Edmunds, in the ruins of the old Abbey. The group will walk along paths and safe lanes to Walsingham from there. Bring a sleeping-bag. Meals and accommodation are provided. Cost: £55.

This Walking Pilgrimage began as a tribute to the great John Paul a few years ago, organised by the Dominican Sisters of St Joseph, and has grown and flourished since then - this year it is also being supported by the new Ordinariate of Our Lady of Walsingham.

Day-pilgrims warmly welcomed for the open-air Mass at Bury St Edmunds. For this, there is no need to book - just turn up!
