Other major London buildings, including Buckingham Palace and the Houses of Parliament, are also taking part in the 'Lights Out London' switch off. 'Lights out London', an hour-long event on the longest day of the year is being supported by famous landmarks and businesses who will join ordinary Londoners aiming to save around 750 MWh of electricity in just one hour.
