The British Province of Carmelites is seeking to employ a Programme & Community Lead to help establish an exciting new project at The Friars, Aylesford, Kent. This is a unique opportunity to live in community, accompany young adults and develop retreats, programmes and outreach initiatives. The role combines community eadership, youth and young adult ministry, and programme development and delivery.
