I am a qualified and highly experienced mental health nurse and psychodynamic registered counsellor. I am currently available to offer psychological support to staff or volunteers in care home settings, charities providing care to vulnerable groups and also schools.

I am experienced in providing supervision to staff and working in groups that facilitate open discussion about the stresses , strains and also joys of working with others . I currently work part time in a specialist NHS service. I live in London.
