Motherwell: ACN Portraits of Courage

Aid to the Church in Need Scotland are set to host a powerful, one-off, photo exhibition this month, which will depict breath-taking images of inspiring Christians from all over the world.

Portraits of Courage will shine a light on the stories of persecuted and suffering Christians from individuals and places you have never heard of until now. The exhibition is being held at ACN's Scottish office in Motherwell and they want you to come and be a part of their latest event.

Fresh from the success of their sold out Scottish Catholic conference, Courage to be Catholic, held at the Royal Concert Hall in March, the Portraits of Courage exhibition will provide a further opportunity to engage with the charity but this time in their offices.

Benefactors can obtain free tickets for the event, which takes place on Thursday June 19 from 6pm to 8pm, by calling 01698 337 470 , visiting the Motherwell Office at Daziel Building, Scott Street, Motherwell, or clicking on the link below.

William More, Operations Manager in Scotland, said: "Portraits of Courage offers a window into the lives and communities we serve at Aid to the Church in Need. This exhibition is more than just a display of photographs - it's an opportunity for us to come together as ACN Scotland with friends, supporters and benefactors, and to connect with the stories that inspire our work every day.

"Whether you made it to our sell out conference in March or you couldn't make it but would have loved to have been there, we extend a warm invitation to all who wish to become more aware and engaged with the story of Christian persecution."

Portraits of Courage Exhibition will also allow entrants the chance to purchase handmade items from the ACN trading department and light refreshments and nibbles will be provided.
