Genocide Bill to have second reading in House of Lords

Baroness Helena Kennedy's Genocide (Prevention and Response) Bill will have its second reading in the House of Lords on Friday, 22 March. The Genocide (Prevention and Response) Bill is a private member's bill supported by the Coalition for Genocide Response. It makes provisions about how the Government monitors and reports on activities to prevent and respond to genocide and other atrocity crimes.
