Comboni Sisters' Great International Zoom Quiz Night - 4 July

In Bergamo, in Northern Italy, there is a community for retired Comboni Sisters, who spent their lives serving others around the world. This community was badly affected by the Coronavirus. Northern Italy was one of the first countries in Europe to be affected by Covid-19. Most of the 61 Sisters in the community contracted the virus and nine died. The care costs increased tenfold due to: extra nursing and care staff, safety and protection for the Sisters and lay helpers and funeral expenses. These costs now need to be recovered.

An international fundraising event to cover these exceptional costs will take place this Saturday, 4 July from 19:30 - 21:00 British Summer Time. The Zoom quiz will be a fun event with people from many countries taking part. There will be prizes and surprises.

Participation in the Zoom quiz costs £5 per household. But we would be very grateful for any voluntary donations that you make on top of this amount.
