Pax Christi is an international Catholic movement for peace, based on the Gospel, inspired by faith and Catholic Social Teaching.
The well-established British section of Pax Christi works within the Church, with ecumenical partners and with all who are putting into practice the work of peace, built on justice, reconciliation, and active nonviolence.
If you share these values, why not come and work with us! We have a vacancy for a Communications and Resources Manager.
The successful applicant will be a good communicator across a range of media and in person, promoting Pax Christi resources and peace values to a range of audiences. An ability to work as part of a team creating and producing new, high-quality material will be important. Equally important will be an ability to work independently, articulating Pax Christi's message and meeting deadlines.
As we are currently developing this area of our work, the new appointment represents an exciting opportunity for you to help shape the role and our future engagement with Pax Christi members, supporters and the wider community.
The job is part-time (28 hours/week) and is based at our Hendon office. Full-time equivalent salary would be in the range of £28,000 - £30,000. We are ready for you to begin as soon as possible.
If you would like further information, or to discuss the vacancy, please contact Theresa Alessandro, Director of Pax Christi on 0208 203 4884
Applications are invited until the 16th July. Interviews will be on 24th July.
