Birmingham: Inter-religious dialogue summer school

The Columban Missionaries invite you to visit different places of worship in Birmingham on three consecutive evenings in July. Three will be discussion on the Church's teaching on inter-religious dialogue (IRD) and the chance to meet IRD practitioners from different faiths. The Summer School will be held on 16th, 17th & 18th July, led by the Columban inter-religious dialogue team.

The first evening will include a tour of a Synagogue; the second of a Mosque and the third of a Gurdwara. Themes include 'Faith and Gender', 'Environmental Responsibility' and 'Community Engagement'. Discussions will include contributions from Jews, Muslims, Christians, and Sikhs engaged in community work.
