London: Exhibition of work by artists Tom Treherne and Mike Quirke

An exhibition showcasing oil paintings by Tom Treherne, and a selection of prints and drawings by Mike Quirke, is on at Our Lady of Dolours RC Servite Church, 264 Fulham Road, London SW10 9EL until 22 May 2018.
Tom studied at St Andrews, Oxford, and the Royal Drawing School. He paints religious subjects finding inspiration in Genesis, Daniel, Revelations, the Gospel of Matthew, and also medieval hagiographies and traditions. Tom lives and works in East Sussex.
Mike Quirke was recently part of the team of artists working on the Stations of Mercy at Westminster Cathedral. Mike's work explores a variety of religious iconography. He is currently engaged on a number of public and private icon commissions.

The exhibition has been organised bt St Patricks Studios - a group of artists working in the heart of Wapping in the Old School building of St Patrick's RC Church. The project with a clear Catholic ethos but welcomes artists of all Christian denominations.
