Talk: What difference might a new Mass translation make?


Writers John Wilkins and Rita Ferrone will be speaking about the new English translation of the Mass at a meeting of A Call To Action (ACTA) next Thursday, in Euston.

John Wilkins is former editor of the Tablet, co-author of 'Lost in Translation: the English Language and the Catholic Mass' and a long time active supporter of ACTA. Rita Ferrone is contributing writer in Commonweal magazine, author of 'Liturgy: Sacrosanctum Concilium Rediscovering Vatican II' and known for her pioneering efforts in Adult Christian Initiation in the USA.

The meeting will take place on Thursday, 15th March 2018 from 7-9pm at Maria Fidelis Upper School, 34 Phoenix Road, NW1 1TA, off Eversholt Street a five minute walk from Euston Station. Refreshments will be available from 6.30 pm.
