Theos seeks part time Team Support Officer

Theos is a Christian think tank, located in Westminster. We seek to inform the debate about the positive role of Christianity and religion in society, challenging ill-informed thinking through our research, events and media comment.

We're looking for a Team Support Officer to join our growing team. You'll work closely with the team to assist with the smooth delivery of our research, events programmes and with the management of donors and supporters. You'll also support in managing day-to-day operations. The role requires strong computer literacy and previous experience of database management. The job may include some work with social media and website editing.

You'll need to demonstrate excellence in administration, verbal and written communications and relationship skills, and be willing to work flexibly. You'll be self-motivated, proactive and well organised with some proven experience in project, events or operations management, ideally with some understanding of public theology or an interest in this. Working in a busy environment, you'll enjoy working as part of a team and will carry out your work with good humour, tact and diplomacy.

The post is permanent. 2.5 days per week. Location: Theos offices, Westminster. Pay £24K pro rata
