This Sunday, 23 April, the first Sunday after Easter, was designated by Saint John Paul II as Divine Mercy Sunday, on 30 April 2000, the day St Faustina was canonised.
Many prayer events will be taking place around the world.
In London, Divine Mercy devotions will be celebrated at St Dominic's Priory, Haverstock Hill from 2-4pm with Mass at 3.30pm
