London: Art and creativity retreat at Tower Hill

No enough time? Do you feel like you have to choose between 'real life' and a spiritual life? Is it a challenge finding the right balance? Do you end up feeling the 'whole you' just isn't getting what it needs? This retreat will be addressing the challenges around these issues and helping you find creative solutions enhancing your spiritual life.

The one day Creativity and Spirituality Retreat is given by JudyAnn Masters, an associate of Sr Sheila Gosney, originator of the Art and Prayer Retreats. JudyAnn carries on Sr Sheila's work with Fr. Oliver Barry at the DeMazenod House, Oblate Retreat Centre.

The day will be using prayer, scripture, poetry, prose, music, meditation and contemplation. Participants can work in collage, watercolours, gouache, pencils, oil pastels, crayons or any other creative materials.

There will be Mass at 3.15 pm with Fr Oliver Barry OMI

Bring a packed lunch. Tea and coffee are provided. A range of materials are provided but feel free to bring your own.

The retreat takes place at DeMazenod House, 62 Chamber St. London E1 7BL from 10.30am for 11am start - 4pm. Donation: £12 per session.
