Have you nominated someone for a Celebrating Young People Award?
There are just two days left to nominate entries for the Celebrating Young People Awards, sponsored by Million Minutes and in partnership with St Mary's University, Twickenham.
There are awards for every kind of social action, including for environmental sustainability and the promotion of peace. The age range is from 11 to 25. Do you know a young person who would be a worthy recipient of the Joseph Cardijn Award, someone who is dedicated in their approach to work, respecting the dignity of their colleagues? Or maybe the young person you see week in, week out who is quietly supporting the most vulnerable in their community. Would they be a worthy recipient of the Cardinal Hume Award?
Every young person nominated will be considered for the Pope Francis Award, presented by Cardinal Vincent Nichols, at a glittering ceremony at London's Barbican Centre on 19th July.
It's quick and easy to nominate online. For more information and an application form, see: www.millionminutes.org/nominations
