London: Charity performance of Tony Earnshaw's 'Visiting Time'
Award-winning actor Tony Earnshaw will be giving a special performance of his latest play ‘Visiting Time’ at Holy Apostles, 47 Cumberland Street, SW1V 4LY Pimlico, in central London on Monday, 29 October.
Tony received the Sir Michael Caine Award for Best New Writing for this play and was highly commended in the prestigious George Taylor Memorial Award. One reviewer said: "A brilliant piece of writing that keeps you wondering through twists and turns until the end. The acting is excellent throughout and you feel compassion for both the main characters and their different problems- worth seeing and thought provoking."
Doors open for canapés and a glass or wine (included in the ticket price) at 6.30pm and the performance itself will be at 7.30. The play lasts just under an hour so there will be time to socialize afterwards as well.
Tickets are £20 on the door. All profits from the event will be used for New Ways health and development projects run by the St Paul's Missionary Community in Kenya. There will also be a display of art for sale in support of New Ways.
