Cardinal Martino, President Emeritus of the Pontifical Council for Justice and Peace, together with other Catholic church leaders, met Burmese democracy campaigner Aung San Suu Kyi, shortly before the Cardinal celebrated a special Mass to commemorate the 100th anniversary of Saint Mary's Cathedral in Rangoon on 8 December.
