Who will you nominate for 2017 Celebrating Young People Awards?
We all know young people making our families, communities and world a better place. We'd like to hear all about them, so that we can share their stores, celebrate their commitment and inspire others.
The Awards celebrate those young people living out Catholic social teaching in their lives and communities. This year the Award Ceremony is timed to take place just a few days before National Youth Sunday in November. A young person or group (aged 11-25) whom you nominate could join us for the glittering ceremony in London, with guest of honour, Archbishop Malcolm McMahon of Liverpool, Chair of the Catholic Education Service.
There are seven categories to nominate people for, including promoting peace, protecting the environment and fostering community.
There is also an award for an inspiring adult youth leader.
All young people nominated will be considered for the Pope Francis Award presented by Archbishop McMahon.
Nominations are now open - It only takes a few minutes.
