How to reach non churchgoing Catholics?
A resource day to support ministry and outreach to non churchgoing Catholics takes place on Saturday 28 April 2012. Speakers will include Archbishop Vincent Nichols and Bishop Richard Moth.
The day is part of a national tour called ‘Crossing the Threshold’ - an initiative of the Department for Evangelisation and Catechesis, Bishops’ Conference of England and Wales. It has been organised in response to concerns repeatedly expressed by priests and parishioners about the large number of baptised Catholics who never or rarely attend Sunday Mass.
The day will take place in the Parish Hall, Holy Apostles Church, 47, Cumberland Street, Pimlico, London, SW1V 4LY, 10am – 4.30pm, with coffee served from 9.30am.
There is no charge to attend but pre-booking is essential. Bookings can be made by ringing 0207 901 4818; email mission.volunteer@cbcew.org.uk
