CAFOD Actions for World Water Day

Today is World Water Day. One in eight people don’t have clean water. Are you thirsting for change? It's the stuff of life. The most basic human right. The difference between life and death. Yet nearly 800 million people still live without safe water.

Based on current progress, Africa won't have universal access to clean water and safe sanitation for another 350 years. We believe that's too long to wait. Do you?
