Lecture series explores Catholic views on heaven, hell, judgment & saints

Faith Matters, the lecture series designed to answer some of the difficult questions posed by the Catholic faith resumes on Tuesday 1 November 2011. This autumn the theme of the series is 'Last Things First' and will examine Catholic teaching on saints, heaven, hell, judgment and the second coming of Christ. The series will open with a lecture given by Fr Stephen Wang, Dean of Studies at the Diocesan Seminary, Allen Hall and catechist Hannah Vaughan-Spruce entitled 'For all the Saints'.

Fr John Edwards SJ on 'Praying for the Dead' on Tuesday 8 November
Fr Dominic Robinson SJ on 'Judgement, Heaven and Hell' on Tuesday 15 November
Sr Cathy Jones RA on 'He will come again' on Tuesday 22 November
'Faith Matters' is an initiative of the Agency for Evangelisation for the Diocese of Westminster in conjunction with the Mount St Jesuit Centre
The series will be held in Westminster Cathedral Hall, SW1P 1QN, and will start on Tuesday 1 November. Lectures will then be held weekly on Tuesdays until 22 November at 7pm.
