John Sweeney, Martin Kane and Ross Campbell
On a day of joy for the Church in Glasgow, three men were ordained to the Priesthood for service in the Archdiocese. In response to the Lord's call,  Deacons John Sweeney, Martin Kane and Ross Campbell each gave their ready response 'Here I am'.

Archbishop Conti welcomed the candidates, their families, friends, parishioners from across the Archdiocese, priests, deacons and religious to St Mary's Pro-Cathedral for the ordination liturgy on Saturday 3 July - the Feast of St Thomas the Apostle.

Like Thomas, the ordinands were invited to give their lives for service in the Church and to unite themselves fully to Christ's great sacrifice of love which they are now privileged to offer each day in the Eucharist.
