Street Child World Cup

The first match of the Deloitte Street Child World Cup kicked off today in Durban, South Africa, when the host nation played India at 1pm local time  (11am UK time ).

Amos  Trust partner Umthombo's football team, the Umthombo Young Stars battled it out with the Khalsa Football Academy, a project working with homeless children in Northern India. Other group A matches today were UK vs Philippines and Ukraine vs Nicaragua.
