Comment: Peter Stanford on the Apostolic Constitution
A tremendous amount of discussion has been taking place since the Vatican announced the new Apostolic Constitution, which will provide for the establishment of Personal Ordinariates around the world, allowing Anglicans to enter into full communion with the Catholic Church while preserving elements of Anglican liturgy.
