Comment: Peter Stanford on the Apostolic Constitution

A tremendous amount of discussion has been taking place since the Vatican announced the new Apostolic Constitution, which will provide for the establishment of Personal Ordinariates around the world, allowing Anglicans to enter into full communion with the Catholic Church while preserving elements of Anglican liturgy.

Until the document has been issued, much that has has been written is rather speculative.  Peter Stanford offers some thoughtful insights on the subject in his article in yesterday's Independent. To read his piece see:
