Two Carmelites Brothers take first vows
On 15 August, Brothers Neil Scott and Michael Brookes made their First Profession of vows as Carmelites at Aylesford Priory in Kent. The vows were received by Father Wilfrid McGreal, Prior Provincial. The profession ceremony came at the end of a year long noviciate. Friars and other Carmelites from the various communities of the British Province joined with the families of the newly professed. Following their profession Neil has been appointed to the Carmelite community in York and Michael to Faversham where both brothers will continue their formation.
