Young Christian Workers to meet in Docklands
The first session of the Young Christian Workers Group in Docklands will be held at 6pm this Wednesday, 20 June, at the YCW House in 1 Island Row, 636 Commercial Road, Limehouse, London E14.
The group will be a chance to meet other young adults in their 20s and 30s and share all daily concerns, reflect on faith and discover ways to make a difference. YCW groups, all over the world, meet together to help one another review their lives and work, through the famous method of See, Judge, and Act.
Organiser Danny Curtin said: "It is time to help link our life, work and faith so we can and be the means of transformation in our own lives, and the lives of others.
"Especially if your everyday life is full of pressures, stress, excessive workload, holidays that do not happen, family you do not see much, then this group is for you. If have noticed that work-life balance is missing or simply want to have your say do come along.
"All are welcome, feel free to bring along your friends. The House is located just a short walk from Canary Wharf. Tea, coffee and biscuits will be provided.
