Bristol:
A vocation of love - talk by Religious Sisier
Sister Marie-Louise Le Verne of St Angela's Convent in Clifton,
Bristol is giving a talk entitled 'Vocation of Love' - a reflection
on her life as a religious sister this Sunday, 19 November.
The talk will follow the evening Mass at the University of Bristol Catholic Chaplaincy at 103 Queens Road, Clifton, Bristol on Sunday 19 November. Mass begins at 6pm and the talk begins at 7pm.
The event is part of a programme of talks arranged by Father Robert King, Catholic Chaplain to the University of Bristol.
Father Robert Kings said: "I'm delighted that Sister Marie-Louise has agreed to talk to students about her life as a religious sister. She is a very positive example of how God calls ordinary people to live extraordinary lives. Many students visit residents at St Angela's and are inspired by her dedicated love and service of the elderly."
The Sisters and community at St Angela's Convent, which is a residential home for the elderly, have dedicated themselves to the service of the aged and infirm.
All are welcome to attend. For further
information call Fr Robert on 0117 914 0003
