Hong Kong: 2,300 baptised over Easter

More than 2,300 people were baptised in Hong Kong during the Easter vigil, according to the diocesan bulletin Kong Ko Bao. Catechumens came from parishes across the territory. Bishop Joseph Zen of Hong Kong and the auxiliary Bishop John Tong had a meeting with 900 catechumens accompanied by their sponsors and catechists to verify their preparation on the third Sunday of Lent. The remaining catechumens took part in the verification event on the last two Sundays of Lent. Source: Fides
