Last minute call: weekend retreat for young adults

There will be a weekend retreat for young adults (20s-30s) based on Ignatian Discernment from Friday 20 to Sunday 22 March, at Stella Maris FCJ Houses, Broadstairs, Kent. Cost £35 (all inclusive except travel: trains from Victoria to Broadstairs). Arrivals from 8pm.

In this First Sunday Plus retreat, the group will be examining how the Spiritual Exercises of St Ignatius of Loyola, especially the Rules of Discernment he set forth, can help us best live our Christianity in our complicated, modern world. Fr Dave Stewart SJ will lead several talks, and there will be plenty of time for personal and communal prayer.

The Stella Maris Retreat Centre of the Faithful Companions of Jesus near Broadstairs is only minutes away from the sea in a very beautiful part of the Kentish coast. Each participant will have her/his own room.
