London Oratory Schola

London Oratory Schola

A Gala Concert to mark the distinguished contribution of Lee Ward, Director of Schola and Director of Music at the London Oratory School, before he leaves London for a new career in Brazil will take place on Wednesday, 18 July at 7.30pm, in the presence of HRH Princess Michael of Kent, Patron of the Schola in Cadogan Hall, 5 Sloane Terrace, London SW1X 9DQ. A reception will take place before the concert at 6.45.

The Schola is a world-renowned boys' choir which has performed in churches and concert halls in the USA and Europe, and with many of London's leading orchestras. It is joined by former members of the choir and former music scholars of the school in a concert which will include the London premiere of Roxanna Panufnik's Love Abide, works by James MacMillan, who is one of the Schola Foundation Patrons, and other celebrated English composers.
