Michael Edwards has died
Jesuits and their lay co-workers are today paying tribute to Michael Edwards, the Province Education assistant for the past three years, who died on 17 June.
Before coming to work at the Jesuit Curia in Mount Street, Michael was deputy director of education in the Archdiocese of Southwark for five years. Prior to this, he was, for 15 years, head of RE and assistant head teacher at Wimbledon College.
Michael's funeral takes place at Sacred Heart Church, Wimbledon, today (2 July), where many representatives from all over the British Province will join his widow, Gill, and their three children Rohan, Matthias and Sophronie. May he rest in peace.
